When it rains, it bows. I took this picture yesterday off my back deck using photosynth, the free panorama iPhone app. You can find it by searching for "photosynth" in the app store. It's one of the only five star apps out there and it's free. And it is awesome. This full rainbow picture here was taken with three pictures combined into one, and cropped right in the app. I think this is the best iPhone panoramic photo maker out there.
