How to Lose Weight After Pregnancy (A Just For Men Video )

Mrs Happy and I have just been through a 37 week pregnancy with flying colors.  It went so fast, before we knew what hit us, Zachary was here.  After five years of fertility challenges, and two weeks before our first adoption meeting the unexpected positive pregnancy test set the ball in motion.  It took us three days of checking before we really believed it.

I think natural Zach came as smoothly as I could have ever imagined.  I even made a song up for his arrival.

He seems to like the song.   It also helps to get him into his adorable newborn breastfeeding pose.  Now that Zachary is here, one of many things to focus on is how to lose weight after pregnancy? Don't forget men, if you want to stay healthy after pregnancy and keep from packing on the pounds, you're going to have to stay active.  That means exercise.  There is no other way around it.
