I snapped this picture of a still film old fashioned x-ray showing a snake that swallowed a golf ball. You can find this neat x-ray at Rafiki's Planet Watch exhibition in at Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park The film is on permanent display in the viewing room of the fully operational vet hospital.
Now that's what you call a foreign body x-ray. The vet also said they had to do surgery on the snake to get the golf ball out. I wonder if it was bloodless surgery. I wonder what kind of animal anesthesia they had to use. Cool stuff.
