I present to you a picture No Way Jose, a massive ice cream desert offering at the Beaches and Cream restaurant at Disney's Beach Club Resort.
What does the menu say about No Way Jose? Here's is how to make Jose:
- Two scoops vanilla ice cream
- One scoop chocolate ice cream
- Hot fudge
- Peanut butter topping
- Peanut butter chips
- Chocolate chips
- Whipped cream
- One cherry to top it off (no pictured here)
How much does No Way Jose cost at Beaches and Cream? Only $7.99. Mrs Happy and I snuck in late at Beaches in Cream to catch a late dinner. We didn't have enough belly left to chow down a No Way Jose.
It also turns out we just missed Corbin Bernsen (LA Law fame) by an hour. He was at Disney as part of the celebrity narrator for Epcot's Candlelight Processional special event.
What else did we learn by talking to strangers? The waitress also said the Yacht Club is a favorite resort of Mariah Carey who brings a big posse of people when she travels. They said she has certain requirements in the room when she arrives, such as making sure certain colors are present.
I can't even imagine what that tantrum would look like if the color wasn't right. I can understand if one would complain about not getting rid of smoke smell in a room, but not having the right color? That seems strange.
