$400 Hidden Happys Content Contest. 12 Days of Fun With Happy Starts Today!

It's time to try something a bit different.  In the spirit of Disney's Hidden Mickeys, I'm going to have my own Hidden Happys content contest.  The goal here is to get you deep into the guts of Happy's content.

Hidden Happy
How does this Hidden Happys content contest work?  Every day for the next 12 days  I'm going to pick a post from my 3,700 post archive and place a Hidden Happy on it. The Hidden Happy will be a graphic like the one you see here.   In the spirit of the 12 days of Christmas, there will be 12 Hidden Happys for you to find.  A new one will be placed every day (by 7pm EDT that day) from now until December 22nd. That's 12 days of Hidden Happys.

Every Hidden Happy will accessible by one link removed from the  previous Hidden Happy.  It's a content contest people.  You need to do a little digging.  I do this to give you a sense of what it's like to pass our medical education exams.  We never get one step questions. The answer is always at least two steps removed.

That means if you find a Hidden Happy, you need to follow a link from that post  to another page and then follow a link from that page to find the next Hidden Happy.  It's going to take you two steps to find the next Hidden Happy. For example, if you find Hidden Happy #5, you'll have to click on a link  on that page to another post and then try a link from that post to find Hidden Happy #6.

Each Hidden Happy will be numbered from 1-12 in the upper left corner.   You'll have to keep track of the order from which you found all the Hidden Happys.

On December 23rd, sometime before 3PM EDT, I will place a post asking for the correct answer to my content contest.     The winner will be the first person who places in the comments of this post all the URLs, in correct order, that it took to find all 12 Hidden Happys.  You must include the linking URLs that did not have a Hidden Happy, but were used in the step to find the following Hidden Happy.  There is more than one right answer.  Just have a right answer.  My comments program requires you to use an email address.   Use a real one or I don't have anyway of contacting you.  Don't worry, I don't do anything with them and they aren't published for the world to see.
The winner will receive a $150 Amazon gift card (I'll send you an email with the code to redeem the card).  In addition, I will also donate $150 to the nonprofit charity of your choice.  I hope you would consider a charity donation as well during this Christmas holiday season to help out a family (or animal) in need.

If this post gets at least 100 Facebook shares OR at least 100 retweets in Twitter, (from the icons at the top of this post),  I'll throw in an extra $50 for the winner and an extra $50 for charity.  That's a $400 contest.   Not bad for surfing the Internet. Oh yeah, I may decide to throw in an occasional bonus prizes for people who actually read the content.  So be on the look out for flag prizes too.

If nobody is smart enough to follow these directions and post the correct answer by the stroke of Midnight on December 23rd. 2010, all $400 will go to the Charity of my choice, at secondlifeatlanta.org

Good luck and Merry Christmas and Happy Hidden Happys to ya.  Friends and family may play as well since nobody but me knows where the Hidden Happys will be.

Don't forget, the final post on December 23rd will be posted to Twitter and Facebook  and RSS pretty quick after it goes live on my blog.   If you want to be one of the first notified, you'll have to join them.
