Here's a picture of a miniature horse with either a broken or sprained leg. Time for a little miniature horse physical therapy. The owner said it came to the fair for showing but got injured in the horse trailer. Poor little horsey. This could have been prevented with some tie dye support horse ankly braces and boots
. This thing was smaller than a big dog.
I often wonder how one gets involved in the veterinarian care of show animals that travel from fair to fair. I suppose it's like being the team orthopedist or family medicine doctor for the local university sports leagues. But at least those guys have a home base to practice out of.
I suppose I could market my hospitalist skills as the hospitalist of choice whenever the carnival roles into town. It's something.
