"eyeyeyeye" is like "ay ay ay ay" in spanish, i didnt understand what you mean at first, "eyeyeye" is like ouch on english "ouch ouch ouch", but ouch on spanish doesnt mean anything.
A few years ago I got laughed at by the doc doing my amnio. He said that "the last time I heard that sound I was working in the Phillipines" he told me only Filipino women did "oy,oy,oy,oy,oy" which is what I was saying. I'm not Filipino, it was funny.
We also call it "Hispanic Panic", usually accompanied by lots of family members in the room, at least two of them fanning the patient with handkerchiefs.
