Morbidly Obese People Are Sedintary

Inactive, on average for 23 hours and 52 minutes per day.  That's what you call sedentary.  Is the sedentary lifestyle genetic or is it a matter of choice? It's hard to have super morbid obesity without being sedentary.

  2. Happy, that study is crap. Or the news article is crap. Take your pick, but there were only 10 participants in the study and it was a short timeframe.
    8.5 minutes a day of "moderate" exercise? You really believe that?

    When your BMI is 40+, walking could be considered "moderate exercise" as much weight as you are carrying around.
