Dry Cracking Hands

  1. Aquaphor to prevent, CA superglue to close. AmLactin XL if I need serious exfoliation.

  2. For dry cracked hands, I usually hold my hands up in the direction of Washington, D.C. in the hopes that they might be cured telepathically by the Obamessiah.

    If that fails, I'll just see if I can get an appointment with a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Dermatologist.

    I'm sure one of these specialists can fix me right up!

  3. Whenever my hands start to get itchy dry, I up my usage of the waterless hand sanitizer stuff. (!)

    Then again, coffee makes me drowsy, so I may not be a good person to take advice from.

  6. A nurse friend makes her own lotion and sells it..wonderful stuff--fresh, no preservatives and so thick it stays put.

  7. I just got a sample size of this stuff called Miracle Hand Repair, and I love it. Soft, but not greasy, and provides a little of a moisture barrier.

  10. You guys should try a Shielding lotion called Gloves in a Bottle -protects and helps replenish lost moisture.It really works!!
