Here's a patient who wasn't happy with the billing policies of the chiropractor, so they gave their version of the events on a rating website. The chiropractor didn't like the version of events and sued for libel.
I've seen some of these website before. I've recognized some really bad reviews on some really good physicians. It's hard to take any of them serious. They simply don't have the volume to make informed opinions.
As of now, these sites are a non issue.
