Lose Weight The Old Fashioned Way

Put a blue light in your fridge:

How about that. Not only does blue increase your alertness, but it suppresses your appetite. The next time you're at an all you can eat buffet check to see what color lights they use.

  1. That is really funny and reminded me of a prank that I pulled back in the 70s with a room mate that was trying to diet.

    I am exposing a bit of my age here, but black lights were the rage! I think you can still get them too in bulb form, but I put one of those goodies in the refrigerator and boy does it make that food look real ugly!! If the blue one doesn't make it ugly enough, try the black light bulb and food will never look the same again.
