CPT® 99291, 99292: How To Bill Critical Care E&M Hospital Charges.

Looking for a great explanation of how to bill critical care charges in the hospital?  Dr Shadow presents a great summary and has excellent clarifications in his comments section. This is part of the CPT® coding arsenal  every physician should master.  The definitive answer is, of course, to review the AMA's CPT 2013 Standard Edition. Since I know a heck of a lot about the ins and outs of coding I am going to have to agree with just about everything he wrote. Great job. It's a great keeper for reference.   You just saved me several hours of compiling the requirements.   I also have a large collection of free information on hospitalist E/M coding.
