Mona Vie Diary Week 6

_________________________________________________

It starts with a fascinating conversation

And moves to week 1, week 2, week 3, week 4 and week 5

Well, its week 6. And I am as happy as ever with the results I have achieved. Going from skeptic to believer in just 6 short weeks has proven that the old saying holds true.

You shouldn't knock it before you try it.

All lot of people have given me a lot of crap for bringing up this whole Mona Vie on my blog.
They say I'm full of shit.

For them I say.

1) Being my blog, I can post any topics I want. If you don't want to read about my experience with the product, simply skip over it.

2) What I write, as with every last article on my blog is 100% me. Happy Hospitalist. My opinions. My experience. It is with out any motivation except to write. You can believe me or you can not believe me. It is of no consequence to me.

3) My experience with Mona Vie has turned a me from a firm skeptic into a firm believer. That is a fact. I feel the difference everyday when I work. My energy level. My uninterrupted sleep. I rarely find myself tossing and turning all night. That has amazed me. I have not experienced an ounce of pain in my shoulders in 6 weeks. And my excercise tolerance has blown me away. going from nothing to 5 miles of uninterrupted jogging at 6.5 miles/hour is something I haven't done in over 6 years. And I have experienced nothing in terms of muscle fatigue during my workouts or aches and pains days after the work outs. It really is the most painless experience I have ever had with exercise. And for that, I am stunned.

4) I am not a salesman. Like I said before, I couldn't sell a glass of water to a stranded desert tourist. If you consider this "selling", then consider me the worst salesman that ever lived.

Why have a had the results that I've had? I have no idea.

Maybe this explains it or this or this or this or this

For the researchers out there, take a look at the results from our own beloved National Center for Biotechnology Information research search engine at pubmed.org

Search simply acai in the search bar and you will an assortment of intriguing research articles published. Search "related articles" and the data base expands exponentially.

It is a combination of the acai berry and 18 other fruits that each have their own benefits to healthy lifestyles in this supplement that I drink.

2 ounces, twice a day.

This product, which I have had great response to thus far , is only sold in a network marketing distribution form, which is a business decision of the company. I think that is why a lot of folks have given me crap about it. To them I say, big friggen deal. If the company wants to sell their product only on an infomercial, I could care less. For me, a user of the product, whether others chose to try it or not is of no consequence to me. Like I said before, I am quite happy with my job and am not looking to get rich or retire with it. But if others wish to give it a try and see if they experience any benefits as I have, I am more than happy to help them out.

I am a firm believer, like so many other things in medicine, that the more we know, the less we know, and if I'm getting a positive response then I am happy with my decision to keep using it.

Is it expensive? Yes. About $140 a month for one person. About $240/ month for two people. Is it worth it? For me yes. For you? Well, I have no idea. That's a personal decision.

Does it "cure" anything? I have no idea. I know how I respond. I don't know how you would respond. Would I recommend it for my family? Yes. But being skeptics just like me, I certainly wouldn't expect them to take the plunge.

Consider it a random meeting of the minds that night in the ER. That fascinating conversation has given me one more arsenal in my healthy lifestyles initiative.

Happy.

Well, it sounds like this needs a randomized and blinded study to rule out the placebo effect. My question is, is this acai berry hard to grow or something to justify the outrageous price? As a gardener as well as physician, that alone makes me suspicious.

I have recently been using Mona Vie as well, and it's great! It gives me extra energy. Anyone who thinks we're full of it probably hasn't ever tried it. They would be in for a rude of awakening.

And I've been writing a blog on it too, so if you don't mind I'm going to post a link to yours because I'd like others to see the power of this juice.
