Mona Vie Diary Week 3

Well, 3 weeks in and I'm currently content. No pain in my shoulders or knees for several weeks. A remarkable feat for me. I still wake up full of energy. I sleep well. I am happy with my results thus far.

What I plan to do soon is try my own N=1 trial of exercise tolerance. Others who have tried this describe the ability to work out harder and longer with less body fatigue. "Wear and tear" feeling. I haven't had any significant cardiovascular workout in months. For awhile I was doing it daily. 3 miles a day of jogging. For anyone who has never done daily cardiovascular exercise, words of advise (non medical) : The first 2 weeks are the hardest when starting. Extremely difficult. Your body will hate you deeply.

But after that, the body adjusts and before you know it, your body craves it. Whether it's the endorphins or what not, the exercise becomes addicting. There really is a "runner's high" I have felt it and it is an amazing feeling. But I often overdo things and become injured, so I'm going to do an N=1 trial to see how my body reacts to exercise while on this stuff.
